Next place we visited was the Musée d’Orsay museum on the Left Bank of the Seine. It is housed in the former Gare d’Orsay, a Beaux-Arts railway station built from 1898 to 1900. Note the clock at the top of the front of the building on this end. You’ll see it from a different angle later.
