Next morning we’re on the road again with a stretch stop here at St. Margaret’s Church, also known as “the Marble Church” in Bodelwyddan, North Wales. The churchyard contains 122 Commonwealth war graves, primarily from World War I. Most of the soldiers buried here were Canadian troops who died from the influenza pandemic while stationed at the nearby Kinmel Park Camp in 1919.
