Zurich pretty much has no industrial businesses any more, pretty much all financial companies there now, as a result the old manufacturing buildings have all been replaced or repurposed. Here’s a picture of the inside of what was a manufacturing building that has been repurposed as kind of a shopping mall just a short distance from our hotel. The central open space, with some of the old equipment still in place, is surrounded by shops and restaurants.
